"Several weeks ago, while I was browsing through your website to see what flights might be available for an upcoming round-trip from Calgary to Montreal, I came across your travel agency's toll-free telephone number and decided to call. That proved to be a fortunate decision on my part.

Since then, during my brief conversations with several members of your staff, I have always been greeted with politeness and professionalism. The person who has looked after my travel plans (for two trips - one to Montreal this week, and another trip to Halifax in August) is Ms. Durocher. I have done a lot of travel so far in my 48 years; on occasion I have booked directly with the airline, and other times with various other travel agencies. I can honestly say that never, ever, have I encountered such exceptionally good service as your agency provides. Especially these days, as we live in an age of computerized service where we are often treated like a number, first-class service is hard to come by.

Not only did Ms. Durocher pay attention to my travel requests and advise me of my various options, but it is obvious that she is extremely well-versed in the travel industry because every time I would pose a question to her regarding my options, she immediately had the answer for me. She "did her homework", so to speak, and I knew that she looked into my upcoming trips and my options with my best interests in mind. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I am simply astounded by the knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and overall excellent customer service - with a "personal touch" - provided by your staff, and Ms. Durocher in particular.

I wanted to bring this to your attention, and to thank you very much. I have already recommended your agency to my family members, several of my friends as well as some of my business associates, and I will continue to do so. I will look no further when planning for my future travel arrangements."

"Just thought I'd drop you a note . . . We got a statement from the hospital Jennifer was at in Hawaii during our Honeymoon. Our balance was $0, which we were glad about, but it also listed the amount that the insurance company had to pay. For the time Jen was in the hospital (and I don't think it includes any of the services the clinic provided initially) the total was over $9,400 USD!

I know I was considering not purchasing the travel insurance when we booked initially (I would never have considered going without the medical).
